Returns & Exchanges

At Flabelus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your shoes are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, in their original packaging, and include all tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn Flabelus shoes in their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
